SI TU LE VEUX, tu peux me rendre pur.

I told myself, I need a refreshing. I really need a refreshing. Honestly been dry these few weeks. Today, with 25 hours for the first time in my life, I went to church on an early Sunday morning. A friend of mine told me there was a possibility that there'll be no service today due to a big church gathering, but I told myself, I have to go. I have to go. And indeed, I really was blessed by today's church service.

During the early days, I could barely understand those songs, sermons, and even what were the annoucements! Imagine, sitting down on the bench, looking up the person talking on the pulpit, completely...BLANK! Back in Malaysia, we may find it hard to stay focus if we found the sermon the 'oldschool version', uninteresting or whatsoever. But when I'm here in France, my strength and desire were really challenged. It's tough to continue going every week when I don't feel belonged, I don't understand. That was what I thought. Sang the lyrics without completely understanding the meaning. So different from where I grew to be commited in church.

But today, I thank and praise God. I was glad that I'm beginning to understand more. And I could relate to the sermon well today, thank God. I needed an encouragement, I really needed one, and through the sermon, I knew I can stand back on my feet again. The pastor today shared about the leper in the Book of Mark. When a leper came to Jesus and asked "If You are willing, You can make me clean." And I was moved by how Jesus reacted after that phrase; He was moved with compassion and He stretched out His hand and touched him, a leper, whom was unclean. It shows how much Jesus loves us, even if we were filled with uncleanliness, sins, so much sin, that He is right there willing to forgive us.

Forgive me Lord...
And Lord, thank you for a new start.

Je les aime!

Hey you, my blog whom I miss writing to. It's been centuries since my last post, never been able to find the time to write a complete post. Either I wrote half way or just the title. So many things happened since I last wrote. Many places I've went, awesome things I've seen and experienced! For instant, my parents came over to France for 10days to visit their little girl here. It was really sweet and heart-warming gesture that they made for me. Thank you Paps Moms! I really had a great superb time with them both, although ten days was just more than a week, it will always be my good memories. Before my parents arrived, I was all gittering in happiness and butterflies in my stomach. Bought loads of groceries, cleaned my whole studio and added an extra bed and a table. All set for my parents.

On Saturday morning, Shahidan and Shan are such great friends, that they willingly came along with me to Strasbourg to meet my parents. My heart screamed in joy when I saw papa and mommy in the train and I ran towards it even before the train stops. Like a little girl, I hugged them for the first time in four months since I came to Colmar. It made me feel like home, haha just forgive me if I'm making all these like a drama. I'm just still a homesick girl. We took the boat/le bateau around the ville and it was such a good sight, with those ancient buildings all over. My parents finally saw how big is the food portion per person here. So, really...that's the main reason why I gained weight! By night, we came back to Colmar and it felt so good that my studio was filled with their voices, their little scoldings...

During the whole ten days, I planned an agenda for them muahaha. I know I was alittle bad, to plan all these by myself even when they said it wasn't necessary. Hehe thank God for sporting parents like them!

Saturday: Visit Strasbourg.
Sunday: Visit Le Haut-KÅ“nigsbourg, an old, gigantic, historical castle.
Monday: Visit CEL (the place where I'm studying the langauge) and le centre ville in Colmar.
